Computique is owned and operated by Waterloo native Eric Henninger. Eric is the lead technician and sales consultant, responsible for all repairs, upgrades, and custom builds as well as sales of new and used computers.

Also at Computique you can find Ronald Ruley and Dominick Mull. Ron is a technician and is currently attending ITT for networking. Dominick is learning to be a technician and helps with everything at our store. You will often hear his voice if you call us.

Company history

Computique was founded on January 23rd, 2009. We have had a great first year and are looking forward to a bright future servicing seneca county and surrounding areas. After about a year and a half we expanded to 3 employees, and are hoping to expand more in the coming months.

Behind the Name

The name Computique was conceived by Eric after a long creative process that was designed to give a sense of the business with one word. The name is a mashup of the words "computer" and "boutique", roughly translated from French as "a small specialty shop". Computer + Boutique = Computique. Simple, Definitive, Recognizable.

Within a few minutes the wonderful tech had given me a diagnosis and a cost that I knew right there couldn't be beaten. They had my computer for 5 days because we had to wait for a part to come in. When I got my computer back Computique took the time to explain what they did and options I'll have in the future. They are so friendly and they really look out for whats best for the customer.
